The condition in which your property is returned to you at the end of a tenancy will be carefully documented in our check-out report. The precision of this report will be key in determining a number of factors. These include: the scale of any claim against your tenants’ deposit and what work may be required to bring the property back into a tenant-ready condition – to minimise vacant periods and maximise rent achievable.

Precision Checkouts

At the check-out appointment, we attend the property and meticulously compare current contents and conditions to those noted in the original inventory. We check that all items noted in the original inventory are present, what their condition is and whether the condition is within acceptable guidelines. We also check the overall condition of the property, both internally and externally. All damage, cleaning requirements, missing items, gardening and recommendations for repairs will then be submitted separately to you in our check-out report.
