Every step of the way
We’re there with the keys to show them around when they arrive and we’ll point out all the basics they’ll need to know as tenants – where the meters are, where the stopcock is, how the alarms works, and so forth.
Then, as required, we’ll go through the inventory with them so they fully appreciate the noted contents and condition of the property, inside and out, to encourage them to take care of their new home as you would wish them to.
