Inventories
Detail and accuracy are our commitment to landlords and their agents, a trusted service that leaves no stone (or sofa cushion) unturned. Our inventory service is a snapshot in time to be compared against an equally thorough assessment when your tenant exits the property.
Check in
To support our letting agent partners and to represent our landlord clients in welcoming their new tenants, we offer a friendly, informative, check-in service. We’re there before the tenant to make sure that everything is in order.
Mid Term Inspections
We would prefer to encourage tenants to respect your property as their home rather than report on how they have not, so we offer a mid-term inspection, around halfway through a tenancy, to achieve this
Check out
The condition in which your property is returned to you at the end of a tenancy will be carefully documented in our check-out report. The precision of this report will be key in determining a number of factors. These include: the scale of any claim against your tenants’ deposit and what work may be required to bring the property back into a tenant-ready condition – to minimise vacant periods and maximise rent achievable.
