We meticulously evaluate the internal and external condition of a property and its contents, the decorative order of the property and its cleanliness. We take a multitude of time/date-stamped photographs including 360 degree photographs to create a visual record of what we have found. We test any alarms and we check and record the property’s compliance with a multitude of requirements and regulations. All of the above is then included in a thorough report.
