Ensuring your home is respected
We would prefer to encourage tenants to respect your property as their home rather than report on how they have not, so we offer a mid-term inspection, around halfway through a tenancy, to achieve this.
Keeping everybody informed
A mutually acceptable time is arranged with your tenants and, while professional and friendly, we also note any issues, damage or breaches of their contractual terms that we are able to observe so landlords and their agents can act accordingly – either to book in repairs to schedule these for after the tenancy expires or to have a conversation with tenants regarding risk to their deposit.
